The Americans spent millions to develop zero-gravity pens. The ever-pragmatic Russians used pencils (so the story goes). Apart from the shavings, they work pretty well in space, upside down, and on nearly any surface. 7" x .25". Eraser not included (apparently, Russians don’t make mistakes).
