Celebrate the 41st anniversary of the historic Moon Landing with the space traveling experts—the GSTS.
July 20th, 1969 was a momentous day for mankind—and for the future of space travel. On this day, Neil Armstrong became the first human to step foot on an alien world. In his words, heard the world ‘round, “It’s sort of squishy.”
Join 826 Seattle and Greenwood Space Travel Supply Co. on Saturday, July 19th between 12noon and 1:30pm as we celebrate this historic event. In the GSTS, there will be in-store specials, and Moon-themed product unveilings. The purpose of the mysterious second teleporter will finally be revealed. In the 826 Seattle tutoring center, there will be a live demonstration of Microsoft’s World Wide Telescope, and an opportunity to fake your own moon landing with the charismatic Captain T. McGillicuddy as your guide.
